Crisis Intervention and Situational Awareness for Youth

I am Erika Estes; a community activist in the Dallas area. In the wake of the negative police publicity I have a great news story regarding our own Dallas Police Officer that would help shred light and life to the public.

This Police Corporal has been with the Dallas Police Department for over 15 years and has never had to shoot any citizen, and I want to share his story with Dallas.

In view of the escalating violence in our schools and the present violence in our society, we have to combat this with situational awareness and readiness. Our Mission is to provide your staff with the tools needed to handle it an emergency. Being unprepared in today’s climate is no longer an option.

Our program will the provide training for the security team and discuss legal liability for your school. We will do our due diligence and helping you determine what your school should be doing. We will also show you how to begin the process of conducting a risk assessment. In addition, we will also discussed recent crime trends and discuss crisis intervention skills.
