Congratulations Mr. Daiquari M. Wilson
On September 25 2015, students from the Dallas/Fort Worth Area will go to Boston, Massachusetts for a tour of Harvard University with Operation Push Foundation under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Daiquari M. Wilson.
Established in 2013, Operation Push Foundation is a 501(c) (3) none – profit organization
Targeting young men between the ages of10-14 created to encourage an early start on collegiate preparation and entrepreneurial development. To do this, we will transparently invest, encourage, and build up every child no matter their circumstance or upbringing.
We want our young men to understand the importance of early college preparation, setting goals, and taking tangible strategic steps to achieve those goals. We desire to foster an entrepreneurial spirit in our young men that will place them on a path of career success.
We will help them understand that they are not limited to a career in athletics or entertainment, and are in no way limited by their neighborhoods or their circumstances.
Our young men will understand that preparation + discipline will push them towards a successful career and life. We will encourage our participants to pursue their career goal in whatever field they desire, we want to also expand their minds to a wide variety of career opportunities available to them through preparation and discipline. We will not only help our young men develop a primary plan for their lives, but we will also equip them to always be prepared with a Plan B for any adversity they may face. We want them to understand that if they have no option other than their first option, they will be limited in what they can achieve.
Our mission is to expose at-risk young men in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, who have demonstrated a willingness to learn and academic achievement, to institutions of higher learning and corporate organizations across the nation. This exposure will help our young men to understand the importance of early college preparation, and will expand their minds to the wide variety of career opportunities available to them in life.
The goal of OPF is to break the cycle of male imprisonment, high school dropouts, and mentality that inner-city youth are limited to careers in sports and entertainment. Our goal is to set our young men on a path of career success through preparation and discipline.
