Catch ’em all! Dallas Zoo hosts first Pokémon Go Night
|Zoo stays open late Saturday with lured PokéStops
Elusive Pokémon have invaded the Dallas Zoo, with more than 30 PokéStops and three gyms in or near the 106-acre park. This Saturday, Aug. 27, the zoo will open from 6-9 p.m. for Pokémon trainers to catch ’em all with lures dropped throughout the park on pathways and in guest areas.
At 6:30 p.m., guests can take a break to catch Wonders of the Wild presented by Kimberly-Clark, a dynamic, interactive 20-minute wildlife show featuring birds and mammals from all over the world. Food and drinks will be available for purchase, including a barbeque on Cat Green, and some Zoo animals will be out to observe while in their habitats.
