|Bishop Designate Nathiel D Anthony David Wells Prelate, Texas Northeast Fourth Jurisdiction
Nathiel D Anthony Wells (born August 18, 1954, Rusk, Texas). A gospel preacher called of God, accepted Christ, January 7, 1973. The foundation was laid at Bethel Church of God in Christ, Seagoville, Texas under the pasturage of Elder B.S. Holland, and later Elder Dexter L. Coleman, where he served as Associate Minister and Assistant Pastor for several years. In 1974 through 1979, he worked in the evangelism
field. He was ordained as an Elder of the Church of God in Christ in March 1980 under Bishop J. N. Haynes, Texas Northeast First Jurisdiction.
Observing his love for Kingdom building, he received his pastoral appointment on April 1, 1981. He became the pastor of Strong Arms Church of God in Christ where he serves as Senior Pastor presently.
His ministry has presented him the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the United States.
Superintendent Nathiel WELLS IS A Graduate of Seagoville High School and the Charles Harrison Mason Bible College, Dallas, Texas. For over 25 years, Superintendent Wells has been dedicated to 5 a.m. prayer at the Strong Arms Church and the South EAST Dallas Fellowship Prayer.
His wife of 43 years, Missionary Linda (Oatman) Wells shares with him at Strong Arms Church of God in Christ. They are the proud parents of five children they are also the devoted grandparents of 17 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
His ministry objective is to groom men and women as leaders with integrity in a Christian environment. He pursues excellence in the ministry through God’s wisdom, knowledge and deliverance, he believes in teaching and preaching the Gospel in season and out of season, rightly dividing the word of truth. (2 Timothy 4:2) He seeks to please God.
