The Pastoral Care at Methodist Charlton Medical Center under the “Religious” Leadership of Chaplain Jacob Atuahene-Nsowaah hosted and memorial service in memory of an outstanding educator and administrator Dr. Kendell Beck and twenty-two others who recently went to be with the Lord.

The message for the evening was brought by Chaplain Jacob Atuahene-Nsowaah. He used the Twenty-third Psalm. He reminded those in attendance- that God is still in control, never, never, give up, because as long as we live, our love one lives. They will always be part of our lives, and we will remember them.

In our end is our beginning: in our time, infinity;

In our doubt there is believing; in our life, eternity,

In our death, a resurrection; at the last, a victory,

Unrevealed until its season, something God alone can see,

Dr. Mary E. Beck, D. Min; Ph. D., thanked  the Department of pastoral Care, Nursed, Doctors, and other hospital staff members for the love, concern, and attention given to patients under their care daily.

At press time, Dr. Beck stated: “She was pleased and blessed to have “Religious Chaplains sharing the word of God with her husband daily. The doctors and nurses at Methodist Charlton Medical Center always had a “Religious” attitude of caring and taking care of others.”
