House District 111 Community Leaders honored by State Representative Yvonne Davis

State Representative Yvonne Davis recently honored Dallas area community leaders for their outstanding accomplishments in business, education, professional and community services. Dr. Usamah Rodgers – Superintendent of  DeSoto ISD, Dwayne Bishop – President/CEO of Congregational Security, Inc, Hon. Clifford Shaw – Councilman – City of Cedar Hill, Karen Zachary – Retired Educator – Dallas ISD  and James Hill – Dallas Fire & Rescue Department, were recognized by Representative Davis and the Texas House of Representatives.
