The Dallas Post Tribune has chosen the Medrano Family as the family of the week. Robert Medrano, elected to the Dallas School Board from 1974-1985, received BA degree from UT Arlington and a Master’s degree from SMU. Ricardo Medrano, Sr., served on the Dallas City Council from 1979-2003 and attended DCCCD. Pauline Medrano, served on the Dallas City Council from 2005-2013. She also served as Mayor Pro Tem from 2011-2013 and received a BA degree from UT Arlington.
Rolando Medrano ran for Dallas County Community College District trustee and received a BA degree from UT Arlington and a Master’s degree from SMU. Adam Medrano currently serves as a Dallas City Council Member, representing District 2, elected in May of 2013. He also served as a Dallas ISD School Trustee from 2006-2013, and has Bachelor of Science degree from UNT (Denton).
