Erika Estes helps coordinator Wednesday nights workshops that, teaches tenants their rights when renting apartments and other housing properties. In addition, she helps the plaintiffs’ prepare court documents and explains court procedures when they file cases against property owners.

On November 10, 2012, Ms. Estes was honor for her volunteer service and received recognition of her inspiring victory in civil court against Budget Suites Hotel. Recently, 2015, she won Wrongful Eviction and attorney fees against Brookhollow Apt in Desoto, Texas in Judge “Stretch” Rideaux court.

Mrs. Yasmine and Sandy have spent years of devotion to help citizen fight against the wrong of landlords. They do not just talk they are responsible for many of the great changes in legislation for tenants rights. If you have landlord issues you do not have to tolerate your tenant rights being violate.
