The Dallas Chapter of Top Teens of America held its Annual Blue and Silver Ball Saturday, February 9, 2014 at the Double Tree Hotel Market Center. This was an evening to present teens for outstanding community service. For over 50 years under the direction of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. Top Teens of America has molded young people into excellent leaders. The teen advisors are Lady Evelyn Ramsey, and Lady Brandi Ramsey. Lady Harnell Williams serves as President of the Dallas Chapter.

Teen Darnecia Morrison and Isaiah Willis were crowned Mr. and Miss. Top Teen.
