Construction Notice For HCA Frisco Women’s Project Frisco, TX

Brasfield & Gorrie General Contractors is currently seeking bids from qualified subcontractors and suppliers for the HCA Frisco Women’s Hospital.  Brasfield & Gorrie and HCA strongly support and promote diversity participation and encourage all interested subcontractors claiming Minority/Women/Diversified Business Enterprise status to provide proof of certification with bid and meet Brasfield & Gorrie’s Subcontractor Prequalification requirements to be considered for the select bidder’s list.

1. There will be a project informational meeting on Sept. 12, 2017, at 12:00 PM. Please meet in the lobby of Medical City Frisco, 5500 Frisco Square Blvd, Frisco, TX 75034.
2. Project scope includes an addition of space in the OR, NICU and obstetrics areas on the 2^nd and 4^th

Bid Packages may include:
Demolition, concrete, masonry, steel, casework, waterproofing and sealants, modified bitumen roofing, fireproofing, firestopping, doors, frames, hardware, curtainwall, metal studs and drywall, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, painting, signage, operable partitions, window blinds, fire suppression, plumbing, testing & balancing, HVAC, electrical, and structured cabling.
