A Little Bit of Faith: Be Christ-like

Have you ever met someone who appears to be a loving and caring person all the time? Whenever the opportunity presents itself, that same person always finds a way to show Christ’s love in some manner. If so, this person is doing what the Bible suggests that we who are believers in Christ are to do. In the book of Psalm it says, “Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all people” (Psalm 96:3).

When we are proclaiming the power of Christ, we are telling the world, our community, our friends, and our family about God’s goodness. The ability and desire to express a Christ-like heart to people in a sincere manner, shows God’s love in action as well. How powerful it is to be able to impact someone’s life in that manner.

All of us who are believers in Christ are called to follow in His ways. Are you willing to show God’s love to someone you don’t know well? Can you be the hands of God to someone else? If so, then you are doing what God has called us to do. Are you ready to make a difference in someone’s life this week? I know I am. Amen? Amen.
