100th Birthday of Mrs. Rosa Lee Starnes
ROSA LEE STARNES was recognized by the Senate of the State of Texas on Dec. 2, the occasion of her 100th birthday. Born Dec. 2, 1914 in Upshur County, she has witnessed many Historic events over the course of her life. She was also honored With a birthday party held on Nov. 29 at her daughter’s home in Dallas. The event was attended by approximately 75 family members and friends.
